Landlord Action co-founder and director Paul Shamplina shares his vast
knowledge and experience at speaking engagements across the country.
Before audiences large and small Mr Shamplina explains how to avoid bad
tenants; how to ensure you find a good tenant; and how to avoid large
legal bills!
He takes his audience through the unique, fixed price Three Step process
and explains how and why Landlord Action was founded. At the conclusion
of his talk he is willing to take questions from the floor.
Mr Shamplina is booked for; after dinner speaking, corporate events, club
