To arrange for solicitors to draft and prepare, serve the debtor with a debt summons.

Attachment Of Earnings
This is used, if you know where the tenant works, and you have a money judgment, we can arrange for the judge to grant an order that the debtor repays the judgment back to you from their earnings, this procedure can take up to four months.
Inclusive of solicitors fees and court fee .

Charging Order
Should you know that the debtor owns a property, and you have a money judgment, we can arrange for the application to be made on your behalf, to obtain a charging order on the property.
Can take approximately two months.

Bailiffs Execution Of Goods
To organise instruction, for the county court bailiffs to attend the debtor’s address and attempt to seize the debtors goods, taking approximately two months, inclusive of solicitors and court fees

Bankruptcy/ Winding Up
We can arrange for a bankruptcy demand to be served on the debtor or a winding up demand to be served on the debtor company by hand within 72 hours.. This is a twenty one day demand, demanding that the debtor pays you. If they fail to do so, then they have the threat of bankruptcy or winding up. Fees include Solicitors fee and Process server’s fee.

Tenant Tracing
Should you be unable to locate your tenant, after they have left your property, we now offer a service nationwide, in attempting to trace your bad tenant.
You need to have a residential address for the person, before you can pursue them for monies through the courts.
We offer a 7 day service in attempting to trace your former tenant.
